Waar het begon...
MIJN PASSIE VOOR TEKENEN
Al vanaf kleins af aan had ik een grote liefde voor tekeken. In ieder schrift op school werd driftig geexperimenteerd met tekenen. Genoeg plaatjes achter elkaar vormden in elke hoek een kleine animatie. Tijdens mijn studie aan de Eindhovense School (heden SintLucas) leerde ik de fijne kneepjes van het illstreren en professionaliseerde ik mijn tekeningen.

Als groot filmliefhebber valt elk detail mij op. Belichting, perspectief, camerabewegingen en twists en bevestigingen in het plot.
En dat gecombineerd...
Film + Illustratie = Animatie
Meerdere (net verschillende) illustraties achter elkaar maken een animatie. Aan de Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Utrecht leerde ik mijn illustraties tot leven te wekken.
